My grandfather, Reginald Mulkins, signed-up to fight in the First World War overseas as an ammunition runner (mule skinner) in 1917 when he was 17 years old. I have scanned his diaries and correspondence relating to the dates of key Canadian battles, e.g. Vimy Ridge.

I am now scanning selected letters written by my grandfather to my great grandparents from Petewawa, Shorncliffe and eventually, in the spring of 1917 - France.
